Reconciled IGR for the year ended December 31st, 2025

We are pleased to present the Reconciled Revenue Generated by Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) for the fiscal period ended 31st December, 2025. This document provides a comparative analysis of budgeted and actual revenue collections across forty-nine (49) MDAs, reflecting a total revenue budget of ₦112,179,774,633.50 against actual collections of ₦86,760,813,783.27, representing an overall performance rate of 77.34%.
